Super Guard
Hi Guard
Guard 51
Floor 51
|
|
Super Guard |
| |
| This is our highest performing heavy
duty flooring system. Super Guard has superior chemical resistance to a
wide combination of acids, caustics, and solvents including methylene
chloride.
Super Guard has excellent adhesion to both dry and damp substrates.
It can be applied to concrete that has been cured less-than 28 days,
including outside slab on grades. Due to it's improved toughness Super
Guard has superior thermal shock and impact resistance, enabling Super
Guard 1/4 inch trowelled applications to withstand years of heavy
traffic.
Super Guard is recommended for secondary containment of hazardous
chemicals including 30% hydrofluoric acid, 50% hydrogen peroxide,
methylene chloride, glacial acetic, acetone and trichlorethylene.

Typical Uses Include:
Truck Unloading Areas
Large Tank Farms
Drum Storage Areas
Acid Etching
Metal Plating Lines
Solvent Recycling Centers
Chemical Processing Plants
Other Highly Corrosive Areas
Areas Subject to mechanical wear where secondary
containment for hazardous materials is mandated by regulatory agencies. |

Hi Guard |
| |
| Hi Guard has excellent chemical
resistance to many concentrated acids, including 98% sulfuric acid, as
well as most alkalis and some solvents. Hi Guard will withstand
frequent heavy mechanical wear need of constant maintenance.
Hi Guard is particularly effective in damp conditions, even on
slab-on grades. This resin rich formula requires no top sealer coat,
this reduces downtime and improves resistance to moisture penetrations.
Hi Guard has excellent resistance to virtually all caustics and acids
such as 98% sulfuric, 85% phosphoric, 30% chromic, 30% nitric and 37%
hydrochloric.

Guard 51 |
| |
| Guard 51 is USDA Approved for use in
food plants. Guard 51's high chemical resistance, resilience and
resin-rich formulation provides extra security against premature failure
due to chemical attack, thermal or mechanical shock, as well as heavy
wear.
Normally applied over concrete, Guard 51 has excellent adhesion to a
wide variety of surfaces such as metal, wood, wood block, brick, tile
and vinyl tile. Guard 51 is especially good at bonding to damp
surfaces.
Guard 51 is recommended for secondary containment of hazardous
chemicals including 50% sulfuric acid, 30% nitric, 30% phosphoric, 50%
sodium hydroxide, and most C.I.P. cleaners.

Floor 51 |
| |
| Floor 51 is a low odor 100% solids
trowelled epoxy. Floor 51 is a resin-rich system and thus will resist
liquid or vapor penetration far longer than conventional top coated
epoxy systems.
Floor 51 is an ideal resurfacer in existing facilities, due to its
lack or odor, single step application and quick drying capabilities.
With added non-skid material this can be an excellent anti-slip
solution. Floor 51 has impact strength greater than 160 inch pounds.
Recommended for areas seeing oils, greases, most lubricants,
caustics, moderate concentrations of acids and few solvents.
