Environmental, Health & Safety

Management holds the Superintendent, Foreman, Supervisors and Employees to the highest safety standards.  No individual employed by E. A. Breeden, Inc. is immune to hazards associated with their jobs.  Employees of all levels are encouraged positively to perform their duties as safe as possible.  Employees of all levels are also held accountable for their job performance including safety evaluations.  Any employee who does not perform their duties in a safe manner will be addressed appropriately immediately at the time of the observation.

All employees are not only authorized to stop work if they observe a hazard, but are required to.  If an employee observes a hazard that hazard must be abated immediately.  Ignoring a hazard may result in an injury but definitely will result in disciplinary action.
